Russell Outdoors, a Russell Brands, LLC division does not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new or improved products, technologies, product enhancements, advertising campaigns, promotions, marketing plans or product names. Please do not send any creative artwork, suggestions or other works to Russell Outdoors. Russell Outdoors wishes to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes concerning products, product names, promotions, marketing strategies or other works that may appear similar to ideas submitted to Russell Outdoors. Therefore, please do not send your unsolicited ideas to Russell Outdoors or anyone associated with Russell Outdoors.

If you send Russell Outdoors your ideas, despite our policy, then the following terms shall apply to your idea submission, regardless of what you may state in your submission: (1) your idea will automatically become the property of Russell Outdoors, without any compensation to you; (2) Russell Outdoors will have no obligation to return your idea to you or respond to you in any way; (3) Russell Outdoors will have no obligation to keep your idea confidential; and (4) Russell Outdoors may use your idea for any purpose whatsoever, including giving your idea to others.

While Russell Outdoors requests that you not send your unsolicited ideas to us, we welcome comments regarding our existing products. You may send us any comments you have by filling out the form on the feedback page.
